    Actually, when I first thought about this, I mistakenly thought that as the deniers went through the 5 stages, their mutterings would become more and more subdued and humble.

    However, the opposite is the case. I do concede that even climate change deniers have a conscience, and in order to justify themselves, they need to become ever more vociferous in their denial.

    How else can they live with themselves?

    This realisation is part of the reason why this thread is actually not concerned with the discussion of man made climate change per se, but is meant to discuss "... the acceleration of the transition to sustainable energy - to fight anthropogenic climate change."
