they of course, can choose to not upgrade and as EV's become more and more popular - their unupgraded units etc will be price adjusted for being out of date
it's an interesting stage - because yes - some of the upgrades will be a large investment -
and what will be interesting is if self drives come to market and when they do - they will take over -
which well may make all car parks in all apartments - irrelevant and unnecessary - just storage places for crap that people don't have inside their units ----------- because it's very very possible that in a couple of decades - private car ownership will be a rarity
