    So funny you bring up biscuit ovens. I've had a bit of exposure to this field in a past life but keep up to date with current technology

    Cracker biscuits (Jatz, Shapes, etc) are the only biscuit that used to require heat that only a gas oven could provide.

    Soft biscuits like TIm Tams, most assorted varieties, etc could always be baked at lower temp ovens, either gas or electric (or hybrid).


    Amazingly, technology now allows higher temperatures from electricity ovens only - that can do cracker biscuits!!

    After all, what is an industrial oven other than a conveyor belt in an insulated tunnel with heating? Not f*ing rocket science!


    Just like coal free green steel - we have the technology to electrify everything. All we need is the will to do it
