A hypothetical piece of nonsense but if I had to pick one, I would go with the option that showed the best long term potential for future investment growth.
And since our government’s are trying to place there wind factories in remote out of the way areas, I guess it would be the coal fired power station.
Of course it would be another rental property for me as I prefer to live on the coastal strip.
