Energy security .. WHo pays for the clean up - not the taxpayer I hope..Plus getting all the toxic chemicals leaching to the water system now..shattered glass on the floor- will never be returned to the condition it was prior.
FYI - how long did this last - did it pay back the C02 deficit just from being built??? NO.
