He needs to either back is original call or tell the country when his plan has gone so HORRIBLY WRONG that renewables ARE NOT able to fill the gap ...and the cost to the country had we stayed the course with coal.
So we sell the gas for cents, put it on a boat & then pay dollars for the same gas that wasn't even unloaded from the boat?
We export a stonkingly large amount – and much more than we used to. In the 2000s we exported around 14m tonnes of LNG a year. Now, due to the opening of the Gladstone LNG terminal, we send 83mt overseas.
are we going to get short from buying from overseas..That will NOT be hilarious.
