I would suggest that most of us who chat on here about our opinions on these matters are fairly set in our ways and believe that “we’re only being sensible”, wouldn’t you agree.
So it’s quite possible that if Dutton sticks to his guns on dropping Paris Promise this could be the “dividing issue” between the Lab/green mob and the LNP mob.
Of course an election isn’t won on just 1 issue but then again it isn’t often (lately) that we see the Big Boys/Girls of the two majors going with a (almost) polar opposite agenda.
Throw in the Nuclear option to muddy the waters if you want but isn’t that A Thing only because we as a country are trying to hit a net something close to Zero target.
PS Anything around a 45-50% win for Spud would be embarrassing for players like you and the same for me if it goes the other way
