    Tasmania has recorded its second coldest temperature ever this morning, with Liawenee dropping to -13.5°C just before 5am.
    The temperature, just 0.7°C from setting the state record, follows on from -12.9°C yesterday and -10.8°C the day before.
    Other parts of the state also dropped into the negatives overnight, with the BOM reporting freezing temperatures in Cressy at -5.5°C, Fingal at -4.4°C and Launceston Airport at -3.7°C.
