    Note how they mentioned the words " conversion " and " techically ".

    lt seems like they have made some good progress in learning how to monitor it and work out the issues . Whether they can do it in a practical sense for the 15000 kms of pipeline remains to be seen .

    No doubt the learnings from the trial will be really useful going forward . Another example of the benefit of doing science that some seem to not understand.

    l worked at a site once where embrittlement became an issue in a plant . lt was very, very expensive to fix.

    At the end of the day, its just an engineering problem . The challenge will be whether it's cost effective or practical

    The great thing is that its another step on the way to clean energy . One by one we are working through the issues on the way to a much better energy system for all.

    l am constantly impressed at how good science and engineering can be when we put our minds to it. smile.png
