Of course it would be sensible for the wind factories to stay online as all that extra wind would boost the whirlygigs output to the nth degree
I am assuming that you noticed my sarcasm? and understand that wind turbines need to shut down in times of excessive wind?
You do realise that these wind factories do occasionally fall over when faced with extreme weather?
