I can address each one of your 'selective' countries 'non use....ut not worth the effort when you are the one that refuses to accept teh truth tht Nuclear is the ONLY power that is scaleable, cleanest , greenest, cheapest & the most safe...& does not destoy the planet in a vain attempt to save it.
