If thats how you understand what you have posted, I am actually not really surprised. But so you know you have posted the spot prices for those 4 states at 12.35 today.
Believe it or not a state can have negative prices even if they are importing power.
And
You will struggle with this, the state or states that are sending that state the power can have well and truly positive prices.
(The reason for this is, any power imported does not bid into that sates spot)
((Hence the reason people like to say SA has low power prices))
((SA power prices and Vic power prices are a little controlled in this regard with SA being by far the worst offender, or better put more of an artifical spot price history))
((( Also Note SA has gas running all the time that is not bid into that market, so, another real example of SA being a rigged price)))
