You left off the Gas turbines that run in South Australia 24/7/365 That have a zero cost!!!!!
Solar looks cheap, be fantastic if it worked 24 hours a day but I suppose it could most the time if you had enough and lots and lots of battery's, but even then, its still only going to be most the time, but gee I dont think I could come up with the actual cost per MWh for that, I am sure some smart people at CSIRO could or AEMO. Just remember AEMO, will want a few gas plants just in case anyway. Mind you 8 years ago they said they would not need any, but I think they have been hi-jacked by the FF industry, so maybe just the CSIRO.
I suppose what I am saying is, you cannot compare two things cost, when one can and does supply power for 24/7 almost all the time, to something that supply's power if there is sunlight!!! They don't even closely do the same thing.
