Sonic, when something thats in the grid and is believed is going to supply power goes missing what do you expect happens to the price?
Our whole change to renewables has been 1. Way over estimated how easy it would be. 2. Not planned hardly at all 3. The costs and reality is now really banking up.
You say it can be done without Nukes, for how long?. I have said this twice and i will say again, Hydro is not a solution if you want green power for it to be included, it will all mostly have to be eventually not used. I will add this, to be adding it now, is crazy. Especially in Queensland in a tropical location. Worse than burning wood.
