Because prices are set to highest supply price which currently is GAS. Who would have thought that the higgest price is a fossil fool. You all talk about prices, but where is our Energy Independance? No new power stations unless Gas and yet we dont have any reserve gas. Who did that? 2033 before those Gas contracts expire. Who did that No new Coal power plants since 2007. Who did that?
We need Energy Independance. NOW. Nukes will NOT do that.
