Is a person a Zealot if they rely on data offered up as “potential facts” as in if xyz can occur without gpj occurring or some other factors like political will getting in the way?
What if the technology is feasible but the economics prohibitive?
What if the facts and data relied upon prove to be over optimistic?
In this case, Westerman is basing his POV on a technology in the development stages isn’t he?
If it isn’t in the development stage, why would he put so many caveats on reaching his target?
