I still have not seen the plan for the transition to renewables just grand gestures about how cheap renewables are,we have around 17 gigawatts of roof top solar and they have a life span of 10 to 25 years depending on there quality are starting to deteriorate ,eventually they will need to be replaced and disposed of and unless there are subsidies or the price falls they may not be replaced.
