They do not have a clue. Coal power stations have had their hands tied and will not spend a single dollar on maintenance - only a fool would do so.
So we can forget that they will come to the rescue. The only option is for the Guvnuts to provide funding for maintenance and costs of keeping them going - maybe nationalise them???? I would not hold my breath with the present energy Minister on the warpath.
Looks very much like we will have to look forward to difficulties with energy supply and constantly rising power prices!
