Volcanic eruptions - not exactly viable as we can't control these however human activities produce 100 times more CO2 than volcanic eruptions annually (https://climate.nasa.gov/faq/42/what-do-volcanoes-have-to-do-with-climate-change/)

Armed Forces - sure, when there is viable technology that can replace existing military tech.

Agriculture practices - definitely, but mass scale electricity production via coal and gas is more pressing.

Hmmmm! So no answer. Fossils are not good but since we cannot do without them - OK. Cannot do anything about volcanoes - but ok as not too much comes outa volcanoes so all good. What about the many other sources of emissions like marshes (methane - one of the worst GHGs) - but hey not much we can do about them so who cares?

So, why bother? You see, many, many years ago we went through these discussions on HC about MMCC. There were some great debaters on both sides. The outcome? In summary, no one really knows what the hell is going on!
