There's plenty of pumped hydro sites available across Australia.
There's almost no opportunities for dams of the Snowy kind unfortunately.
Luckily, Australia has some of the best wind and solar resources on the planet. Small population, lots of space etc. We are very, very fortunate.
We have gigawatts of offshore wind generation potential near populated areas and existing infrastructure in the south east.
We will have plenty of generation and energy storage when it's all built out. I note you forgot to mention green hydrogen.
