That will likely come when each one stretches miles up into the sky (bit of a danger to planes but that is another story for another time) and there will be explosives attached to them designed to go off periodically and create the draft that will have the blades moving at the right speed constantly - so, no need for natural wind.

Each of these could potentially power a country?
