Once again, you take what I say and miss interpret it.
The article said they reduced their timeframe by 5 years but didn’t have any details on how they would do it.
Therefore they have about 10 years to get a proper workable plan.
Not that they can wait 10 years before they start to work on a plan!
Not to mention, they should be working on a plan B C or even D in case plan A doesn’t work out.
I don’t think the author of the article was being very optimistic about Canada’s new commitment?
