The common cold has eluded many great companies in the past and one I hope this company wouldn’t waste time and money on unless already making substantial money elsewhere. sepsis is the fastest way to market for rce. I agree it is a good decision to go the sepsis pathway as it is becoming a burden on hospitals and obviously patients lives. Hopefully once approved for sepsis it could start to be used for other common bacterial infections without the need for extended trials. However I don’t know enough about the process that would need to be followed to see if that was possible. I feel confident human trials will be granted by the FDA and if the trials are successful on safety it wouldn’t last long before being swallowed up by a large pharma
