Anyone got some insight on why the water and work permits are not lodged? this got a mention in the announcement in both January announcements.. It's worded that it's ready to submit, but isn't, wondering if there's anything in it.

After the granting of the Certificate to Commence Work, the Company will advise the drill contractors to begin
mobilisation to Riqueza.
