    Packardrupert,

    Tullow are are growing company and could enter the FTSE top 100 shares at some time in 2007. I would expect them to appear in a number of New Year tips for share price improvement. The Banks seem to like them currently and are willing to support them when required.

    As regards your other question longer term I would expect the conversion to workout better than a straight cash sale now at 2.08 although short term there may be a couple of cents in it either way
