I think that as can be seen from the sequence of anns on Wed, that Nick had no idea of Sojitz jumping the gun with their off-take deal anns and Nick was probably behind the pack and playing coy when the info was actually in the public arena.
JOGMEC funds will be going towards phase 2 with maybe additional income going towards phase 2 or a small cap raising depending on actual timing of receivables from sales being recognised and timeline to phase 2. Probably pretty safe to get a generous credit line if necessary from revenue stream if required.
