SUCCESSFUL CAPITAL RAISING
The Directors of Customers Limited (ASX:CUS) are pleased to announce the completion of a
$9.0 million capital raising through the issue of 50,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the
Company at $0.18 per share. The capital raising has been conducted in accordance with ASX
Listing Rule 7.1 and no shareholder approval is required. Attached is a notice given by the
Company in accordance with section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001.
The capital raising was managed by Bell Potter Securities Limited and Customers is delighted
with the very strong support received from institutional and professional investors.
The proceeds raised by the placement are to be used to fund the further growth of the
business. The Managing Director of Customers, Mr Greg Baker, commented “the funds raised
strengthens Customers financial capacity to continue the execution of its strategy to build
Australia’s leading listed payments system business“.
