I got a little bit out of it this morning. BlueChipper was much better at posted an opinion and was obviously had a positive short term view towards RAC, however BioBull just cut straight to the point I guess. Still there was a bit in there to look into my opinion.
To hopefully make it worth it, here are a few points:
BioBull:
- "RAC should look at Liposomal Bisantrene formulation instead" - I looked into this in the past and came to the conclusion that it isn't necessary.
- "How do you get a voucher, without an approved drug, and you can't get an approved drug until redo all the safety data" - This still hasn't been really answered by RAC to date. I understand that historical data can be used for 505(b)(2), however can it be used for FDA IND? Especially if there is a change to the formulation (combo trials) or administration. Refer below (1) for screen shot from FDA IND page.
- Golden Biotech outcomes - these looked good. I couldn't find the trial on ClinicalTrials though to get the information re eligibility critera or number of patients. I'm not sure if this is because it was run in Russia or not? Either way 50% CR/CRi from patients as second line treatment is good on face value and it is something to be happy about.
BlueChipper:
- "The minute RAC changed anything to do with the drug" - my understanding is that for pillar 1, 2 and half of 3, RAC will be changing the drug (combination and administration) in comparison to historical trials. Therefore, I also believe that it may have to start from the beginning (which RAC is already doing).
- "FDA changing the goal posts at the last minute" - this is just a good reminder for all. Dr T tells us regularly that we have to line all the ducks up properly and not waste resources going back and forth. It's good to also have someone else re-iterate this.
In regards to the Israel trial I think it is important to remember that if we take out the patients with EM AML from the trial then the response rate is 0? If we only look at the patients with EM AML then the response rate is 100%. These patients were also on their 4th line of treatment on average I believe, so the results are great if you look at it the correct way. This is also shown by the plans in pillar 3.
Anyway, everyone is entitled to their own wrong opinion. If anyone get's on here and places what you would consider a negative comment, just look into and make it a positive for yourself. Whether that gives you more conviction to hold, or makes you realise it's time to sell.
I actually liked BlueChipper input until it got to the point where it became personal. Dr T may learn from todays interactions, which I think will be a good outcome from the experience.

), everybody is just tired and should just be given some space as well as the benefit of the doubt. Thinking back to Dec 2019. RAC has made huge progress. May not always feel that way. An outsider may think a year on and we only have a new strategy, but the new strategy has SOOOOO MUCH research and work behind it. Measure x 500, cut once. Very excited and for the first time there is a slight possibility that my expectation of $100 per share may happen.
