well for me its interesting experience to watch this takeover, i dont hold atm but did some months back.

Interesting to see how directors speeches and press releases just change overnight.

Not long ago i watched a real upbeat presentation by David Spence stating how fantastic the future is and how unwired is set to go ballistic with wimax etc. Funny that at that time he didnt mention any impending financial struggles or wimax needs that he thought would be too difficult to finance.

I agree with the last poster, all of a sudden there is this doomsday speech from the board. Where did all that come from???

If i was a holder i'd step up and vote out some of the board who supports this crap.

Looks to me on this one they are playing the old divide and conquer and mis-information policy technique.

Either way u know ur directors are liars.. they either lying now or lied in past presentations.
