At the MYG AGM TJ made a strong argument in favour of accepting the offer.
The main comment that sticks in my mind is that MYG shareholders can have 33% of 160,000 oz's gold in 2016 (if they accept the offer) or 50% of 80,000 ozs (if they don't). And in 2015 they can have 33% of 80,000 oz's if they accept or 50% of 0 ozs if they don't.
Doray are giving away 33% of their company so they have to build the mine. And if their share price doesn't rerate then someone is going to snap them up as being too cheap.
