accept wni shares - yes sure woops down 14%

Our esteemed independent directors recommend that we accept WNI shares as part of the takeover - I am really encouraged to do that while the WNI share price drops by 14% today. It would be fantastic to own those shares! You would think that the WN brains trust would be manipulating/buying a few WNI shares to keep us a bit interested.

Pity I threw their bidders statement and acceptance form into the recycling bin - what a waste of paper. Woops, they probably know where I live and will send someone round to retrieve the acceptance form and fill it in for me.
