Acceptable time to find 2 independent directors?, page-2

Mr. Joe is setting this company up for bankruptcy so he can buy it for 1c cent in the dollar.

You can expect to never see any new directors b4 you see administrators coming in for a chapter 13.


It's what he is good at.

New independent directors would at least need some advertising like in the paper or on seek.com....

I mean is he looking for a relative, related party and doesn't need to advertise the position or is he not looking?....
