Just wondering how we got about accepting the proportional bid...

Just wondering how we got about accepting the proportional bid from AEP? Is this something I physically have to do or will it automatically occur if i do nothing? Also when do we have to accept this offer by? I'm hoping to accumulate a few more share between now and then and take full advantage of it by rolling the proceeds back into more AJQ shares.
