If you accept you'll lose with tax. Why not defer any tax liabilities until after June 30 because it will continue to trade following this action by AREVA and subsequent SMM investors deciding to hold. Albeit the trade will be less liquid but I would have thought that can only be good given the company's assets are clearly valued by the top of the pecking order.
