I will be taking up my rights issue, not because I agree with the whole process (which, as I've previously posted, will result in a dilution in asset value per share), but because I think the shares are worth buying at this price since the company has a great future once DP et al are no longer heading the company - which, IMO is going to happen sometime in the very near future.
Secondly I don't wish to have my own asset value per holding diluted which is what will happen if I don't take up my rights issue.
I have no fear of DP et al misusing any monies from this issue since they will soon be voted off the board.
