    From the wording on the amount available " invited to subscribe for UP TO $5000 " I would say give it a miss.
    Sounds like there may not be enough to go around if all holders accept.
    The more who decline will mean I have a better chance to pick up the full quota.
    Seriously, if you hold why would you not accept at what today would appear to be the $7.
