Will PIFAG be issuing the members with a copy of the settlement terms for an acceptance vote. I understand the “ in principle agreement ” does go back before the courts for judgement of fairness, and if successful then all trial dates will be vacated. However if this is the case, then those interested in the “ true story ”, may never be witness to the outrageous and inhuman manner many were treated by this deliberate infliction of suffering, mainly to the older members of our society. If it is decided to be put to a vote, then it should be autonomous and not involve the likes of Armstrong and their cohorts. This is solely my take on the situation, and trust PIFAG will come to the fore.
