Exactly Boise....appears NDO's board has severely underestimated the shareholder's response to this "unfantastic" offer.
Seems there are some that didn't do their homework very well in regards to the length of time a lot of holders have held, and the price they might have paid.
For those holders to be still waiting for mgmt to get the formula right, you'd have to say they are a pretty patient lot....seems like a lot of them are still prepared to wait.
