Supply drying right up seems not many people are willing to take a discount will be interesting to see if a increased offer is provided whether the 25 millions sellers up to 7 cents will get caught out. As others have alluded to a truck load more shares will need to be bought by bcp to get anywhere near the 90% they are targeting
