    Why would director do this abuman, considering 3 of the directors are BON directors as well? They could have sold their 20% stake in MAK for approximately $10mill and basically bought the whole of BON with the cash and gained 100% of BON if thats where they see all the value. These conspiracy theories make discussion interesting but let's face it thats all they are.
