You make a very good point.
Until the condition of 50.1% of acceptances being received is met, it CANNOT be regarded as a CHANGE in the Director's Interest.
THEREFORE we may not see a Change of Director's Interest Notice lodged UNTIL after we reach 50.1% AND a 'Notice of change of interests of substantial holder' - Form 604 is lodged by MAK. Or even until 14 days after that.
