Bearing in mind that status of acceptances now at 47.7%, and considering what may or may not be the status of Director Acceptances, it certainly would be pleasing to potential investors if AD could say at the New York preso (2009 Agriculture & Protein and Fertilizer Conference in New York at 6.30am AEST on May 15th - see my post: http://www.hotcopper.com.au/post_single.asp?fid=1&tid=883121&msgid=4906189) that we had control of BON.
Before an announcement could be made at the NY preso a 'Notice of change of interests of substantial holder' - Form 604' would have to be lodged with the ASX FIRST.
