    At $1.15 hit today why does sp match the T/O offer price?

    Is it because it is now 100% certain that DOW will get 50% ?

    Or does the market now regard SPO as being worth $1.15/share, based on recent company ann's alone?

    Personally I accepted the offer, because if it fails I believed SP will crash back to 70's, so accepting offer is no brainer I thought.
