Thanks BusterEMC for your response, however holding a gun to the board's head and demanding acceptance of your two directors PLUS your proposal on Hawsons seems like standover tactics to me.

More skills on the board? I think Dr Williams & Mr Cholakos' records speak for themselves. Not sure about the Silvergate nominees who don't seem to have a particularly great track record judging from the BMG fiasco.

I tend to agree with the ASX that company boards should have a majority of independent directors, as is the current case at CAP.
