    I agree: the media seems to be this perfect platform for outfits like Access Economics to peddle their so-called "expertise". Of course, it's a symbiotic relationship: the media need these experts to fill their airwaves/newspapers with "stuff"; the experts need the oxygen of exposure the media provides so that they can advertise their existence and hopefully get some business.
