corporate you have found him saying it again! I have been taking a closer look. By claiming CFE has right of access to infrastructure, Tony is inferring he has negotiated a right of access with African Minerals on commercial terms for the use of Marampa Railway and the infrastructure/loading/unloading facilities at Port Pepel.

If this is the case, the question arises why has there been no announcement about it? Surely this would be of significant importance to warrant an announcement.

In the absence of any statement (anywhere) confirming this, it would appear there is currently no agreement between CFE & African Minerals for right of access to rail/port infrastructure. If this is in fact the case, then TS is somewhat careless in his choice of words when discussing the subject.

Extract from African Minerals presentation: "Exclusive Lease for Port & Rail
99 year exclusive lease with Sierra Leone Government to construct, develop, manage, operate and maintain port and rail facilities to ship iron product
Lease covers both PepelPort and Tagrinpoint"
