access to coal

a couple of people have posted about the next likely announcement is the formation of the SPV with Tincom.

What is going on with the access to coal agreement?

Does the SPV have to be formed before an access to coal agreement can be reached? Or ....


If I compare say ESI to to other technology companies playing in the cleaner/clean energy space - all the other companies have one thing in common - which is access to a resource.

Also they all have had access to resource/s organised way before they lined up any agreements in relation to commercial trial of technology.

I'm happy to give examples of the above but don't want to go into perceived cross promotion unless requested.

Just interested in other posters thoughts. I find it strange we have no resources confirmed to use the technology on.

On the flip side of the above none of the other companies I am thinking of had a several billion dollar agreement SPV in the offing before a commercial testing of technology and resource has been confirmed.
