Pasboz - my comment regarding an upfront payment was merely to add another dimension to discussion. Given Loy Yangs short term financial position upfront is good for them no doubt.
Now fair dinkum - what is it with you folk and the repeated references to "clean coal".
Has ESI diverged somewhere and taken up carbon capture as there main source of technology or something or are we still in the "Brown to Black Coal" game?
Under any interpretation of the Trade practices act it is wildly misleading and complete tripe to refer to "clean coal" in relation to ESI's tech.
You seem intelligent - you should build a bridge and get over using that reference.
Mgmt has done very well to get to this point and hopefully the SPV will be a humdinger.
