At this stage the SPV will consist of two entities (that we know of).
Will Loy Yang and possibly others form part of the consortium/SPV?
If they do, what will they bring to the table and more importantly, what % of the SPV will they own?
Is ESI willing to give up 10% of their share in the SPV in order to make sure Coldry gets off the ground?
I think access to coal is only a small part in this complicated scenario.
