About to travel overseas to France. Local NAB wants to take 3 euros per $100 off me to transfer funds from a NAB account and transfer it to a travel cash card which can easily be used in the ATMs in France. The cash card is great. The rate is not!! Any ideas/recommendations about a less expensive conversion and access process please? Thank you.
